At Ponseti’s Shoes, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality footwear and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes, returns or exchanges may be necessary. To ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers, we have outlined our return policy below:

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

a. 30-Day Return Policy: You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

b. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 120 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for the exchange of the defective product. All defective items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

a. Final Sale Items: Clearance items, discounted items, or products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

b. Customized or Personalized Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for shoes that have been customized or personalized.

3. Return and Exchange Process:

a. In-Store Returns and Exchanges: You can visit our physical store location to process returns or exchanges. Please bring the original receipt and the item(s) in their original packaging.

b. Online Returns and Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange for an online purchase, please contact our customer service team at returns@ponsetis.com to request a return authorization. You will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Please note: $7.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. This fee does not apply to exchanges or when opting for store credit.

4. Refund and Exchange Options:

a. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

b. Exchanges: You can exchange your item(s) for another product of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
